Beginning her career in the staffing industry as a receptionist, Ruth learned quickly that making a difference in the lives of the people she came in contact with was her sole mission. Viewing that responsibility as her duty- to her customer, her company and herself- she quickly gained recognition and rose through the ranks. Always a teacher at heart, Ruth discovered that building relationships and helping others reach their goals would help her achieve her own.

Through that giving spirit she has touched the lives of thousands of people through training, motivating, and mentoring. Today, she is a senior executive with a national, multi-million dollar company. Known throughout the organization as the "Whoo-hoo Queen", Ruth creates opportunities for employees to excel in delivering value and service to clients, associates...and to their own dreams and aspirations.

Young women under Ruth's tutelage have often told her, "I want to grow up to be YOU," because of her ability to listen and help them discover what they really want in their careers and their lives. "My personal dream- my purpose on the planet," says Ruth, "is to inspire and equip women all over the world to discover, live, and love their life's purpose."
